Read Me For Tools Section 

The following tools are here for you to experiment with in hopes that they will become good trouble shooting options for use in the field. Some of these tools may be installed on a Agency system by EAS. If you feel a need that one or more of these files are needed in the field then please contact your Regional EAS to obtain permission. 

The Windows Power Toys are unsupported add ons created by Microsoft to expand some of the features in Windows XP. These tools can cause serious damage to Windows if not used properly and the only way to resolve the problem may be a full reformat of the machine. Use these files at your own risk. 

All of the files found here were taken from public sites on the internet. 

Adaware SE 1.05. This is a Ad and Spy Ware removal tool. It requires an internet connection for free updates.

Adobe Reader 7 Full Version. The latest version is suggested for SOME Assistive Technology products as they require some particular files for accurate PDF reading. 

APH Large Print Font. A font size and style suggested for use by the American Printing House for the Blind. 

Firefox Internet Browser Version 1.0. A free open alternative web browser that is not fully accessible to most AT programs. Window Eyes 5.0 states that they support Firefox and it's companion products in the Mozilla family. 

Jellybean Key Finder for Windows 9x/XP. This tool is critical for finding lost Windows and MS Office keys. The file does not work with Windows 2000. 

The Matrix Code Emulator Screen Saver. A fun file that replicates the code screens found in "The Matrix" trilogy. Copy the file into c\windows\system32 in order to choose it from the Screen Saver tab in Display properties. 

Music Match Jukebox Public Version 8. One of many media players on the web. This version will let you encode or rip audio in limited situations. 

Quick Time Media Installer. Use this to view files with MOV extentions. 

Real One Media Player. Use this file to view media with RAM extentions.

Sasser Virus Patch [Windows Update should be attempted imediately after using this file and a full restart of the machine]

Spybot Search and Destroy Version 1.3x. Another Spy Ware removal tool. 

McAfee Stinger Virus Tool. This is a small tool that can fit on a floppy disc. It is commonly used to detect and remove several of today's virus threats. It's constantly being updated and you should obtain a newer version of this tool after a few months. 

Win Zip Utility Public Evaluation Version 9. Use this file to unzip compresssed files with the .zip extention.
